Dr. Andu Ezbon Adde is the Undersecretary, Ministry of Mining, Republic of South Sudan, since 2013 to date. He has over 40 years experience in geology, mineral exploration, evaluation and mining as well as being a part-time Assistant Professor of Geology. He began his career as a Mining Geologist at Kilembe copper-cobalt-gold Mine, Uganda, in 1973, after graduating from Makerere University Kampala, Uganda. In 1979 he retired from Kilembe and joined a Belgian Company exploring gold in South Sudan; before embarking on M. Sc (1982-1984) and PhD (1984-1990) studies at Brussels University Belgium.
